TEAM TAMPA BAY Challenge for the September Wealth Building Seminar

Challenge Dates: January 1, 2025 - March 21, 2025

The purpose of the Local Challenge is to keep Unfranchise Owners on track to accomplish the tasks and activities necessary to build a successful Unfranchise Business. The challenges push us out of our comfort zone and bring back the focus on the Basic 5. It is important to remember that purposeful and consistent actions are what bring us closer to our goals and achieving our dreams.

This challenge documentation MUST be completed and delivered  via this online submission form or  email to your TTB Local Challenge Coordinator, Eric Gereaux by 11:59pm by March 24, 2025.

*If you are a new UFO during the Challenge period, we will look at the BV generated during your time in the business on a case-by-case basis.

Challenge A

Please fill out the form listed below if you have completed Challenge A

1. BUY ONE, REACH ONE, BRING ONE - Purchase (3) tickets for the January 18th Wealth Building Seminar, one for you and two for your guests.     
2. QUALIFY for the Master UFO Program for the 1st quarter, 2025 
3. HOST a home event yourself or Co-host a home event with a new partner and post pictures on the SE Regional Facebook group page. (Wellness, Motives, HBP, TLS, ….) List the date, location, host(s) and type of event. Post your event(s) on the MAsoutheast.com calendar by completing the EVENT SUBMISSION form
4. TURN IN OR POST a screenshot of your MUFO requirements all having been met, your 3 ticket numbers and your home event info in the Team Tampa Bay Facebook Group and the MA Southeast Region Facebook Group.
5. SUBMIT all the criteria via this form.

Once you have submitted the Challenge form via online or via email, you have achieved the Challenge.

Challenge B

Please fill out the form listed below if you do not meet MUFO requirements for the 1st quarter

1. EDUCATION - BUY ONE, REACH ONE, BRING ONE - Purchase (3) tickets for the January 18 Wealth Building Seminar, one for you and two for your guests.
2. PURCHASE at least 1 Leadership School Ticket    
3. HOST a home event yourself or co-host an event with a new partner and post pictures on the SE Regional Facebook group page. (Wellness, Motives, HBP, TLS...) List the date, location, host(s) and type of event.
4. RETAIL … Generate 1500 BV of MA Exclusive products/services by hosting events (List the total BV)
5. SHOW THE BUSINESS PLAN… Expose the Market America Unfranchise Business Plan by attending 4 plan showings (at least 1 showing with a guest) during the challenge period (1 on 1, 2 on 1, Zoom, UBP, or HBP). (List the date, the location, and name of guest)
6. MISSION GROW… Show us your team growth and how much fun you are having! Post pictures of your events to MA Southeast Region Facebook group page as well as Team Tampa Bay Facebook group page.
7. MINDSET - Listen to 10 different MA audios. Write the title
8. SUBMIT all the criteria for Challenge B via this form and you have achieved the challenge!!
